Hello! My name is Dan!!! I am relatively new to San Diego. I am outgoing, intelligent, very spontaneous and very active. I love to travel, (road trips to nowhere - no maps, no busy agenda and no hurry to get back.... oh, and with the top down---weather permitting).
I am well educated, emotionally and financially secure---would rather find love, than a winning lottery ticket. (The taxes are a lot less and you don't have all your long lost relatives calling up and asking to borrow your love - OK! Maybe in some backwoods areas you would, but hey, I'm from Florida, NOT Kentucky!)
I love life (give me more). 51 going on sweet sixteen and never been kissed (well maybe once or twice by a few toadettes), maturing slowly (no, not like cheese, more like fine wine). I'm an X- Professional Singer/Guitarist, and presently a Computer Retail Hardware Entrepreneur since 1981. Preparing to semi-retire in January 2000, laying low and cautiously waiting to see what the new millennium brings---computer glitches and embedded chips/software problems??? Hopefully, with an extended trip back to Florida & Bahamas, where I was raised--- (Unless something more interesting pops up).
I enjoy flying airplanes (full scale and radio controlled models), boating, music, and just about anything life has to offer---I'll try almost anything once, I probably never really will grow up.
Looks??? Brown eyes and hair, (Yes, I have a full head of hair with few gray hairs---the gray ones are hard to find, maybe 6 or 7)handsome, (cringe at saying that) if that builds a better picture.
I enjoy long intimate candle lit dinners, pub lunches, walking around the hidden parts of the city, browsing through book stores, getting away to the country for a day of bicycling and weekend retreats to Bed and Breakfast
