| You’ve got to be smart. Because I need a smart woman. I'm very intelligent, but not in a bookish kind of way. I've got a very good job. And kids – ages 12 thru 7. Live with their mother most of the time but I am very committed and devoted to them. So, I think I need a woman who has kids herself so she can understand this part of me. I know I could love another person’s children. I'm 39, 5'9", 165 lbs, fairly lean body. I hope for the same from you. I’d say 120 pounds is about max, but you be the judge. Someone who takes care of herself and looks good. Women tell me I range anywhere from attractive to very attractive.
I am a very loving and caring person, but in a strong way. One way I show my love and caring is by spending time with the people I care about. I like to coach my kids’ sports teams and I like to visit with friends and family. I would hope to spend time with my special one, not all of my time (or hers), but high quality and quiet time. I need my personal time (especially to work out and blow off steam) and will treat the other as I want to be treated -- like an adult.
I'm Catholic and try to observe the rules, but slip up sometimes. I would hope "the woman of my dreams" would share this devotion. With my divorce came an intense period of self-scrutiny which has flowered into understanding my (and other’s) feelings and focusing on the essentials in life, for me: kindness, friendship, peace, fun, harmony, doing your best and helping others to do their best.
I like to have fun by being active. Doing things outside from riding bikes, to walking, to discovering parks, to golfing. Inside things include watching movies or playing squash or visiting family.
I do not light up a room when I walk into it (most of the time, anyway), nor am I “Mr. Popularity” on the social scene but over time I develop strong relationships based on trust, honesty, and a little bit of humor to boot. I like people.
