My marriage isn't failing and my wife's not a monster, but there is something missing. I'm not necessarily looking for sex so much as intimacy, and what follows will follow depending on what develops. I'm not going to post a long list of demands because I'm not exactly sure what I want, whether that makes me confused or open minded is up to you; the one thing I've learned over the years though is that what we think we want is rarely as exciting as the surprises we're lucky enough to stumble upon. I'm hoping that there's a married woman out there that's feeling the same sort of unfulfilled emptiness I am. Someone sensitive seeking an intimate friendship, and a good sense of humor wouldn't hurt. What am I like? Well, I'm sometimes shy, often sarcastic; a soft, gooey idealist on the inside with a crunchy, pessimistic shell. Sometimes I can be a bit of an intellectual snob, but in the end realize that what someone has to say is more important than how they say it or how it's spelled; besides a lot of the most intelligent people I know can't spell worth a damn. Intelligence and education don't always come in the same package anyway, so don't feel like you need some sort of degree. Sensitivity and honesty count for more with me than intelligence. I still have a healthy repect for honesty, but honestly, I don't expect it from most people; at least not until I get to know them. So far as all the superficial stuff I'm about six feet tall, blue eyes, brown hair and in my late thirties. I've been told I'm attractive, but I'm no Brad Pitt; of course Brad Pitt may be no Brad Pitt when he's my age either.
