| I would hope that you like to explore. Nice restaurants. Nouvelle cuisine. Off the beaten path antique stores. Or on the path boutiques. I gravitate towards those with an enlightened sense of adventure. I think a single kiss or holding hands can be both passionate and romantic. Dinner for two might be a nice way to break the ice. Or we might go somewhere to enjoy a hill country sunset while sipping on a few margaritas. I also enjoy dancing and live music. I'm a UT graduate. And I like riding one of my bikes around my neighborhood for exercise. I also do alot of dog walking so I get to watch the sunsets and sunrises most days...and I do quite a bit of stargazing. If it is a nice enough day, I might even lay back and watch the clouds float by for a while. I own my own bowling shoes and I love golf (the miniature kind of course! ). For the past five years, I've worked in the healthcare field. My brother is a children's eye doctor (pediatric ophthalmologist) as well as my current employer. So I have a pretty flexible work schedule. I do some of my work in the evening/weekends (when the office doesn't resemble a daycare center). It has its ups and downs. But I really enjoy working with children. Several movies I've enjoyed (of the romantic/comedy variety) are Shakespeare in Love, As Good As It Gets, Jerry Maguire, Pleasantville, Liar Liar (the claw scene is a classic). For romantic action, Titanic (I didn't see it at the theater and now wish I had), Last of the Mohicans,the Saint, Wild things. I enjoy the Crocodile Hunter more than most sitcoms. I love to read books (Anne Kent Rush, Barbara DeAngelis, Barbara Keesling, Lonnie Barbach, Lynn Snowden & Sari Locker are my faves). I have also always liked arts and crafts. Particularly things like origami and water colors. I prefer classic games to computer games (cards, backgammon, scrabble, pool, bowling, etc.). I also prefer to play games than watch them on TV. Not that I don't watch sports, just realize how truly unimportant they are. |
