I love to travel, to cities for their culture and architecture and to the country for its unspoiled simple and friendly places. Lets take my 4x4 to the mountains to see the dirt roads, lakes, big trees and wildflowers. Lets sit in a sidewalk café drinking espresso and reading the newspaper together. Lets linger for hours in a used bookstore, go to a gallery opening, search E-bay.com or find some garage sales. Want to see me smile? Come with me to the zoo, or to a dance club playing funkified music. Lets go to the beach and play with the dogs, pack a picnic and sit on my rooftop. Take me to your favorite restaurant and I’ll take you to mine. We’ll share a bottle of wine or a stout microbrew. Want to go bowling, to the gym, play pool or tennis? I’d love someone to go to the museum with, a play, a movie or a divey blues club. I love to entertain and cook, putting great effort into the visual presentation of a meal or party. I adore cuddling on the couch, watching an old movie, a documentary on the History Channel, C-Span, South Park, or the Sunday Morning political roundtables. Are you tired yet? Take a nap with my two cats… we’re talking serious stereo purring.
To understand me is to know this: I like dressing nice and I don’t understand the whole grunge thing. I think thin ties should come back.
