| I do have an Amazon parrot, but more about her in just a bit.
I'm a 35 M, educated professional
living near Ft. Lauderdale. I'm 6'0",
165 lbs, short dark hair, brown
eyes, and physically fit. What am I like? I'm self confident,
often spontaneous, outgoing, but definitely not conceited or pompous. I can usually keep my part a conversation, but I'm not chatty. Some men have a hard time communicating but I have no problem articulating my thoughts and feelings quite honestly and openly. I would like to think that I'm a caring, perhaps nurturing, honest, fun, even romantic person seeking similar companionship.
I don't like the club scene (aka "meat
markets") but I do like dancing. I also enjoy the beach, movies, travelling, and dinners out. Additionally, sharing a bottle of wine and ejoying a movie at home while snuggling is a first rate evening for me.
My job requires me to be on the road from two to eight days per month. That coupled with occasional long hours often keeps me from meeting people. I've been to a couple of clubs
and bars, and while thats fun, I only meet plastic, superficial people there.
Lets see, what else can I tell you about me. I have a very loving 65 lb lap dog and an amazon parrot whom I've had for 18 years. Her squaking at sunrise each day is driving me crazy. You'd think I'd have gotten used to that by now, but I still wish she had a volume control. Enough about the parrot, though.
My needs are simple. I'm a down-to-earth guy looking
for a down to earth girl who, like me,
is honest (very important), caring,
and passionate. While looks are not
everything, a couple should be physically compatible in order to grow a friendship/love. I'd be happy to exchange pictures because I'm sure that you too have a certain type that attracts you most. Ok, enough
