A few years ago I discover the simply key to a good choice in mates: before I began to search, I worked to improve myself spiritually, mentally, and physically. I found that when I matured emotionally, my goals and my needs matured as well; in fact, for the first time in my life they are loftier and more inherently meaningful than stimulation and gratification. I'd like to think I'm at my peak.
