Hello, Nothing ventured, nothing gained as they say. So here goes. A few things about myself……. I am originally from New York, have been here for just about 3 years, and absolutely love South Florida. My name is PETE. I have a house on the water, and have the enjoyment of seeing manatees in my back yard. This is a major and welcome change from good old New York City life.
