There's only one of me. That's one too few. So I'm looking for another. Preferably not quite as big as I am, but I doubt there are many women who will even come close. I'm looking to lose some serious weight and I need an exercise buddy who will depend on me to keep workout dates. Otherwise I'll be too lazy to get out and sweat. It might lead to something romantic or it might not. It just depends. I prefer biking because its low-impact but still provides an aerobic workout. I took a health and fitness class recently so I know what to eat and in what proportions. Maybe we can help each other. I live in NW Houston and work just a few miles from downtown.
