| Well, most of all I like to have fun! But I am a responsible professional who works full time and have a great sense of humor. I like to take long walks on the beach, and I really like to spend time seeing movies, museums, theater, swimming, boating, reading and watching sports. (Football--my only vice 4 months per year on Sundays:) I don't watch a lot of TV, but mostly that is because I am busy building a career--I do whatever is required to get the job done, and recently it has taken up all my time. I decided to change that and, well here I am writing this. The bar scene is mostly a bunch of people pretending to be people they are not and does not interest me. You find out 4 months later that there were some things that were mis-represented and such. I like to talk to all hours of the morning and I'd like to talk with you. A lot of people talk but not very many truly communicate. How many times have been with a group of friends or aquaintances talking and nobody is really listening but waiting for their turn to tell a slightly exagerrated story? :) I think that it should be a little different from that alchohol fueled bar scene type conversation. Listening is an important skill, that is sadly rare in this day and age. I like to _really_ talk sometimes, and really can listen too :) Having good friends is important to me, and I trust those friends I have unconditionally. I am looking for someone to share time with and share my life with, and in this day and age sometimes I really need someone to talk to too. ANYTHING can be resolved with communication. While none of us are perfect, the perfect human being has not been invented yet, if you can tolerate someone elses foibles I am certain to return the favor and just let each other be who we are. I am looking for someone who tries to find the positives in life and does not get hung up on problems--just overcomes them or turns them to your/our advantage. I love children but do not have any of my own. I'm a somewhat spiritual person who has many beliefs in that area b |
