Me-DWM-6’-210# 58 y.o., drink occasionally, trying to quit smoking or slow down at least (tough), used to work out religiously but slacked off the last couple of years. I have cowboy hats to cover up the lack of hair on top, but I quit worrying about that sometime back. College educated, semi-retired, now dabble in investments on a part time basis. I would be interested in communicating/meeting with a single white lady of at least 48 who exudes a positive aura and remain young at heart and maintains herself well. I must admit that a slim to trim lady who maintains herself and is proud of her appearance really scores points in my book. In the past I have made the club scene and have had no trouble meeting women. Although the physical attraction may be there immediately, the “Real Person” really takes some time to discover. Therefore, this is an experiment in finding someone electronically, learning more about each other, becoming comfortable with each other, discovering if the possibility for a relationship exists and going from there. Perhaps this doesn’t sound too romantic but “this ain’t my first rodeo” and it seems like a reasonable start to what may be finding someone to share all the joys of the years to come. Things I like to do: Picnics, chilicookoffs, back yard cookouts, parks, flea markets, crosswords, bicycling, zoos, photography, and gardening. Short trips to the Texas Hill Country . Write songs and play my guitar. Used to snow ski and rollerblade up to a couple of years ago.
