| Who am I? ... DragonSlayer Extraordinaire.... Are dragons at your door? Or is life just Draggin-on? Has the Black Knight ruined your life? Is the castle lonely and unbearable? Perhaps chivalry and championship have never been a part of your life? Has no one ever defended your honor? Has your Knight never climbed mountains, forded streams, and sailed oceans just to get to you when you need him most? Have you been treated like a princess or the castle tart? Like you are a royal lady or the castle cleaning maiden. Are you tired of the Black Knight’s abuse and neglect…or any other colored Knight? They come in all colors and types. But now you desire Integrity, Honor, Honesty, and Gentlemanly Chivalry? Or is the castle now dark, deep, and lonely……and it never changes and life drags on? Lady……You’re missing something up there in that castle tower!---My armor may have some rust in spots, but my blade is sharp and I can be convinced to take up the Lady’s scarf if she is also loyal, considerate, respectful, and appreciative.. I cannot slay all the dragons, but I will take up the gauntlet and the crusade if you are pretty, well-kept, and have enough self-esteem to know that you are worthy of unconditional love and are capable of giving it back in equal doses. And if you would truly appreciate having your own champion who will give you that...then he too will appreciate you! He’s war-weary and battle-scarred, but healthy, fit, and smart in the ways of dragons and evil Black Knights. He won’t be one of those to you or allow that to be a part of your life. He’s obviously romantic and cares deeply about what is in your best interest. He continues his quest for his maiden fair. He’s tired of that quest, but won’t settle for the wrong lady. She has to be giving, have virtue and a good heart! If you feel you are these things or more....and are that Damsel he searches for…Pick up your quill and write! You just never know when you might end up living a happily ever after fairy-tale??? |
