Housewife, married 45/W/non-smoker, 5'4", 130 lbs - I feel my best at 120, so I am trying to maintain. I enjoy walking, as fast as I can, using sidewalks and parks. Would be nice to find a local friend to chat away the miles. I like to walk early morning during the summer months (between 7am-9am), and noon/afternoon in spring and fall (trying for the warmest part of the day). I'm not much for the winter months.
