Since graduating from Harvard in the '60s, I've learned that curling up with a good woman beats curling up with a good book. The luck of the draw of the gene pool, keeping healthy, and a positive outlook have kept me looking young. I'm 5'9" with a full head of brown hair, blue eyes, and very fair skin inherited from the Dutch side of my family. Friends know me as the Bear because I'm strong, yet gentle. After service in the Strategic Air Command and several years in banking and venture capital, I started my own investment management firm.
